Accommodation Booking - Closing Shortly

Checking In To Your Accommodation
If you have reserved a room and received confirmation please go directly to your hotel to check in.
If you wish to extend your stay or make adjustments to your existing room reservation, first go to the NHE Travel Desk. Details below.
If you do not currently hold a reservation, please go to the NHE Travel booking desk to request a room at the special rate. Please note these rooms are still on a first come first serve basis.

To help with accommodation, Call2All in association with NHE Travel Services Ltd. has arranged some very discounted rates with several hotels near the AsiaWorld Expo venue where the International Call2All Gathering, Hong Kong is being held.
These rooms are open on a first come-first serve basis so reserve your room as soon as possible. Advance payment in full will be required at the time of booking. Make sure you register for the Congress first as you will need to complete this to be eligible for these discount hotel rates and finalize your room reservation.
You should plan to arrive on May 31st. You will need to book lodging for 5 nights to cover the Congress dates, checking out June 5th. You should plan to depart the afternoon of June 5th unless you are participating in Affinity Meetings or other activities.
