Pakistan floods

Hundreds of thousands of people in Pakistan have been devastated by the worst floods in the country's history. The death toll already stands at 1,600, with 20 million people affected.

Through our partners, Tearfund is responding - distributing emergency supplies to affected families. But we must act quickly. Tens of thousands of people are injured and homeless. And floods are an ideal breeding ground for water-borne diseases such as cholera.

Your support will help us provide urgent help to communities affected by the floods. It will also help us avert further disaster by ensuring villages downstream – yet to be hit by flood waters – are better prepared.
