Last week we announced the launch of GPN/Call2All’s new video sharing community website call2allmedia.org.

This is the place you can share and find video teaching and training resources all connected to completing the Great Commission.

Many of you have already visited and started watching videos, but there is much more you can do on the site.

How to upload videos to call2allmedia.org

If you have videos you’d like to share, here’s how to do it:

1) Create an account on call2allmedia.org – go to ‘Sign Up’ at the top of the page, just below the country flags. (If you have an account on call2all.org you will still need to create a new account on this site.)

2) Once you have an account and are logged into call2allmedia.org you can start uploading videos. Click the upload icon at the top right of the page.

3) There are two ways to upload videos, you can either upload them from the hard-drive on your computer or DVD or you can embed the video from another website if it is already online somewhere. The site can accept and format most types of video format.

4) You will be asked to title, tag and write a short description of your video. Be sure to tag the video with all relevant tags you can think of – this will make it easier for others to find. Then choose which categories of the site you think it best belongs in – there are 22 categories to choose from and you can choose up to 3.

5) If you have teaching notes to accompany the video you can also add them at this point – in either Word or PDF format.

6) You then have the option to upload from your hard-drive/DVD on your computer or embed from another site. Choose the relevant option. We recommend setting the Broadcast type to public so that your video has the widest audience.

7) Click upload and you are underway!

• Always check you have permission and are not restricted by copyright on the videos you upload.

• Try and keep your uploads to a maximum length of 20 minutes, to allow easier viewing by others.

There are many community tools to use too – you can comment on videos, rate them, share them with others, create your own groups - ideal for ministries who wish to group all their material together, you can invite friends to join and much more – take some time to explore call2allmedia.org now!
